Project objective:
The main goal of the implementation was to eliminate forklifts from the production hall area, and consequently:
- to improve occupational safety by eliminating the risks associated with forklift traffic
- optimising internal pallet transport, through the implementation of automated solutions
- minimising interference with the existing building infrastructure, thanks to the AMR robots’ readiness to operate without significant technical changes.

- 60 workstations
- 3 stations with conveyor
- 6 loaders
- 2 pallet magazines
- communication modules for gate control
- conveyor system including automatic ring wrapping machine
