Warehouse space optimisation for a furniture producer

Project objective:
Wersal Furniture Factory was faced with limited storage space for finished products in its warehouse. Increased production and growing customer demand required a fast and efficient solution to maximise the available storage space.
Implemented solution:
PROMAG S.A. designed and implemented an investment involving the delivery of a two-level warehouse mezzanine with a total usable area exceeding 4,700 m². Additionally, to ensure efficient transportation, a twin-mast column lift with a load capacity of 1,000 kg was installed, enabling the transport of goods between levels.
- Mezzanine structure: Made of durable structural steel, compliant with European and Polish standards.
- Mezzanine floor: A mixed design, partially made of grating (ensuring proper ventilation) and partially of laminated chipboard with high abrasion resistance.
- Column lift: Platform dimensions of 2800 x 2000 mm, lifting height up to 8050 mm.
