President K. Tokarz is among the top 10 most enterprising women.
Puls Biznesu and the business information agency Bisnode announced the results of the “100 Women in Business 2019” ranking. This year, the President of our company, Mrs. Karolina Tokarz, was ranked among the top 10 most enterprising women in the category of companies with an annual turnover exceeding 50 million PLN.
The winners of the “100 WOMEN IN BUSINESS” ranking are selected through a multi-stage process. In the first stage, Bisnode Polska identifies women from nearly 4 million companies who have continuously held the position of president or been the owners of their companies for two years. In the next stage, women managing companies that demonstrated positive sales and profit growth in 2018-2017, had a positive financial result, met the obligation to publish financial data on time, and are respected in the business environment with an impeccable reputation, are chosen.
Karolina Tokarz started working at PROMAG S.A. exactly 20 years ago. By then, she already had extensive experience gained at the Laboratory and Medical Equipment Factory. This experience enabled her to implement procedures at PROMAG S.A. that were aligned with the best business practices. As a result, the company’s sales grew significantly and, over time, it became a leader in its industry.
When Karolina Tokarz took on the role of President of the Management Board and CEO in 2016, PROMAG was already in a strong position. Under her leadership, the company has continued its dynamic growth in both its offerings and infrastructure. The President focuses primarily on developing expertise in the area of automated, system-based intralogistics solutions. As a result, she places great emphasis on advancing the company’s technical knowledge, know-how, and investing in employee education.
