MOBILE LIFTING SYSTEMS
Gantry cranes (also referred to as: light gantry cranes or gantry cranes) are used in small, medium and large production plants, warehouses and wherever there is a need for a mobile device for loading and unloading goods of large weight and dimensions. Gantry hoists improve work safety and increase the production capacity of companies. They are indispensable in the implementation of a number of technological processes related to the vertical transport of the load, as well as its movement along the running beam.
CHARACTERISTICS OF GANTRY WINCHES:
- adjustable frame to support heavy work pieces
- can be stopped and locked in any position.
- frame equipped with 4 polyamide wheels with brakes (wheels adapted to the
- load capacity of the hoist, wheels can be adapted to the type of surface)

- wheel base width A is usually 50% of the height of the hoist from the ground to the lower shelf, the width increases with increasing load capacity and hoist height
- can be fitted with manual or electric hoists
- gantry hoists must be notified to the UDT if they are equipped with manual hoists of over 2,000 kg lifting capacity, single-phase electric hoists of over 1,000 kg lifting capacity and three-phase electric hoists of over 250 kg lifting capacity
- it is possible to produce units with parameters other than those specified below

TYPES OF GANTRY CRANES:
Gantry cranes are convertible frames to support the handling of heavy components, and can be fitted with manual or electric hoists. Our gantry hoists are fitted with high-quality Blickle castors. The hoists can be fitted with manual and electric drive hoists, with the trolley suspended from the hoist beam. The ability to position and carry out work anywhere on the production hall is a decisive advantage of the gantry hoist over a stationary crane.
B1 TYPE GANTRY WINCHES

At the customer’s request, we participate in the acceptance inspection by the UDT
Gantry cranes using three-phase electric hoists of any load capacity, single-phase electric hoists with a load capacity of more than 1,000 kg and manual hoists with a load capacity of more than 2,000 kg are subject to notification and acceptance by the UDT.
