DOCK SEALS
REDUCE THE COST OF MAINTAINING THE FACILITY
Dock seals (also known as dock door seals) ensure proper sealing of the open space between the building and the trailer of the delivery vehicle, protecting the transferred goods and the interior of the warehouse facility from external factors.
Cargo security – protection from weather and unauthorized access
Reduction in maintenance costs of the facility – reduction in energy consumption needed for heating/cooling the facility
Comfort and ergonomics at work – protecting workers from external factors, reducing the risk of accidents
RAMP DOCK SEALS
Ramp dock seals are primarily used in situations where the warehouse floor is close to vehicle trailer floor level. This is one of the most commonly used types of dock seals.

MOBILE DOCK SEALS
Mobile dock seals are used where the warehouse and loading yard are on the same level.

TUNNEL DOCK SEALS
Tunnel seals make it possible to provide comfortable loading and unloading in areas where there is an increased gap between the vehicle bed and the facility gate due to a concrete ramp, platform or loading platform protruding beyond the building facade. The depth of the airlock tunnel is adjusted to the needs of the specific site.

SWIVEL DOCK SEALS
Where the manoeuvring area is narrow and there is no possibility of the delivery vehicle approaching the facility at a right angle, turning locks (also known as rotary locks) are the solution. The main advantage of this type of solution is that it saves a lot of space in the loading yard.
INFLATABLE DOCK SEALS
Inflatable dock seals, constructed with air-filled cushions, provide the highest level of dock sealing. They are the best solution for the food industry and cold stores and freezers where maximum insulation from external factors is essential.

PROFESSIONAL DOCK SEALS:
- protecting the goods being handled from the effects of atmospheric conditions (temperature, humidity, sunlight, etc.)
- minimizing the risk of dirt and damage to the goods during loading and unloading
- limiting access to the goods and the interior of the facility by unauthorized persons (when the gate is open and the vehicle being unloaded is standing by it)
- ensuring proper sanitary requirements (especially important in the food industry)
- protection of the interior of the building from energy losses
- reduction of energy consumption required for heating/cooling the facility
- protection from dust, dirt and insects entering the building
- protection from external factors
- reduction of the risk of accidents by minimizing the open space between the vehicle and the warehouse
- reduction of absenteeism due to health effects of external factors
