HYDRAULIC LOADING RAMPS
FAST AND EFFICIENT RELOADING
Hydraulic loading ramps make it possible to connect the floor of a delivery truck with the surface of a warehouse, allowing a forklift to enter the vehicle’s load bed comfortably and efficiently. The platform of the ramp during loading adapts to the height of the vehicle’s load bed, which changes depending on the load. This type of loading platforms recommended especially when we have to work in car loading areas with different dimensions and high frequency of reloading.
HYDRAULIC RAMP CHARACTERISTICS:
- system allowing self-adjustment of the ramp level to the subsiding floor of the delivery truck
- safety of use – corrugated sheet metal, protecting against slipping, safety valve, blocking the platform in case of premature departure of the vehicle and service blocking protecting during maintenance work
- welded steel construction
- platform and flap lifted by means of hydraulic cylinders

- drive by means of a hydraulic aggregate, three-phase power supply, engine power 0.75 kW
- corrugated platform with a thickness of 8 mm, lip with a thickness of 14 mm

- can be set in a prepared foundation (on request we provide an installation sketch of the foundation) or on a support structure, which is mounted to the ground with expansion

MINI LOADING RAMP
Mini loading ramps are the ideal solution for bridging the difference in level between the warehouse and the vehicle being served:
- an alternative to hydraulic loading ramps and to dock bridges
- ramp manufactured in accordance with PN-EN 1398
- possible in two versions: for installation in the foundation or for installation on the edge of the concrete ramp of the warehouse (welded and anchored; rubber bumpers included in the price)
- basic parameters: lip length 350 mm, working temperature from -30°C to +50°C, possible options (at an extra charge): cutting the corners of the lip by 100 mm each, galvanized version
