Full automation of pallet storage and transport, 24/7 operation, maximum utilisation of the facility’s cubic capacity, maximum efficiency of intralogistics processes, cost reduction and safety at work – this is the AutoMAG MOVER automatic high-bay storage system, which has been awarded the title of ‘Innovative Product for Logistics, Transport and Production’. The basic premise of the system designed by PROMAG S.A. is the complete elimination of forklifts from the storage and internal transport zone. The pallet flow is fully automated by means of maintenance-free AutoMAG MOVER transfer vehicles, AutoMAG Shuttle vehicles and AutoMAG Lift vertical conveyors controlled from the WMS level.

The AutoMAG MOVER automatic high-density storage system has been awarded the title of ‘Innovative Product for Logistics, Transport, Production 2019’. The ‘Innovative Product for Logistics, Transport, Production’ is a competition whose main objective is to identify the best and most outstanding products and services that support the work of logistics departments (equipment, devices, technology, IT, means of transport, services for the TSL sector).
The competition recognises and rewards the best solutions for logistics, transport and production that have already been implemented or are about to be implemented. The projects submitted are evaluated by a jury of logistics specialists – representatives of the world of science and independent experts. The main criteria of the competition are the technological evaluation of the innovation, the evaluation of the benefits for customers and the market evaluation of the degree of innovation. The evaluation also takes into account references, opinions of scientific bodies or associations, patents and ecological qualities.
The award for the latest automated storage solution for the storage of pallet units developed by PROMAG’s design office is, on the one hand, the culmination of the work carried out in our company to create our own automated storage solution and, on the other hand, a confirmation of the right direction and a signal to many of our customers that this type of solution is not only the future of intralogistics, but has already become the present.
