Additional equipment for pallet racking

MAINTENANCE COST REDUCTION AND SAFETY IMPROVEMENT
PROMAG S.A. offers a wide range of additional equipment for row pallet racks, which can be used to increase work safety, reduce logistics costs and increase the functionality of the racks.
THE MOST COMMONLY USED ACCESSORIES:

- Frame protector – protects rack edge frames from accidental trolley impacts
- Crossbar – used to support a pallet or chipboard
- Pallet stop – to prevent the pallet being placed too low in the rack
- Galvanised mesh shelf – increase rack functionality, ability to store non-standard pallets and non-palletised goods
- Chipboard shelf – combines the functionality of pallet shelving and shelf racking, reinforced with an appropriate number of crossbars depending on the load capacity required
- Platform gratings – increase racking functionality, ability to store non-standard load units
- Barrel supports – for the safe storage of drums and other cylindrical objects
- Security and mesh wall systems – prevent goods from falling off pallets or shelves and prevent unauthorised access
- Descriptive strips – make it easier to identify goods stored on racks
- Also available: crossbars for non-standard pallets, galvanised shelving panels, forklift guides, pull-out shelves for pallet racking to facilitate the removal of heavy items from the shelves, internal storage mirrors to improve visibility and therefore safety at traffic junctions in the warehouse, cassettes and posts with safety tape, row markers for racking.
BENEFITS OF APPLICATION:
The safety of both people and goods stored in the warehouse can be improved with accessories:
- to minimise the risk of damage to the racking system (pillar and frame bumpers).
- to prevent the deepest pallets from falling down the rack (pallet stops, mesh walls).
A wide range of accessories to adapt the racking to the storage of:
- pallets of non-standard dimensions (crossbars for non-standard pallets, nest fillers)
- non-palletised goods, such as containers, cartons, bulk goods (various types of shelving, e.g. galvanised mesh shelving, chipboard shelving, gratings, galvanised shelving panels).
- goods with unusual shapes and dimensions (e.g. supports for barrels and other cylindrical objects)
The use of safety equipment (bumpers, fenders, crossbars, mesh panels) reduces the risk of accidents and therefore the cost of repairing or replacing the racking system:
- reduction in the cost of repairing or replacing the racking system
- reduction in the cost of damage to or destruction of goods
