Shelving racks are designed for storing non-palletized goods, whether loose, in unit packages, or in containers. They are an essential component of equipment for warehouses, production halls, archives, retail facilities, wholesalers, and workshops. Optimal selection of shelving solutions allows for efficient use of the facility’s volume, good work organization, and maintaining order. Shelving racks are predominantly intended for manual handling of stored items such as tools, cartons, automotive parts, and other small components. For heavy goods or palletized loads (which can also be accommodated on shelving racks), handling may involve the use of lift trucks.

Shelving design
The shelving racks offered by PROMAG S.A. are always designed with the customer in mind, and all parameters are individually tailored to specific requirements. Our range includes various types of shelf fillings, such as metal shelves, transverse and longitudinal metal panels with medium and high durability, as well as raw or laminated chipboard.
The extensive selection of shelving solutions offered by PROMAG S.A. allows for choosing the right type of rack to meet the customer’s needs, requirements, and expectations. Each of our systems enables the selection of optimal shelf load capacity—from 40 kg using chipboard or metal shelves to 560 kg when using high-strength metal panels placed on special cross beams designed for shelving racks.
Racks ergonomics
The shelving racks offered by PROMAG S.A. are ergonomically designed, allowing for efficient use. There is no need to attach the racks to the wall, and as long as the rack’s stability is maintained (height-to-depth ratio < 4), anchoring the rack to the floor is not required. This enables quick relocation and easy reorganization of your store, workshop, or warehouse.
Our shelving racks can be equipped with a wide range of accessories, making them even more user-friendly after installation. Available accessories include: shelf dividers, side and back walls made of solid sheet metal or wire mesh, drawers, doors, clothing hangers, additional shelf reinforcements to increase load capacity with minimal effort and cost, and wall-mount brackets.
Modular construction
The shelving racks offered by PROMAG mostly allow for serial connection. This provides the possibility of linking them into virtually unlimited long shelving rows, enabling their use as storage space for various types of materials. Thanks to serial connection, the racks can always be expanded with additional columns or partially dismantled without compromising safety.
Due to their modular design, selected shelving racks can be connected not only horizontally but also vertically, creating multilevel structures. This allows for a 2-, 3-, or even 4-fold increase in storage capacity.
